Our use of valid HTML means it should also display correctly in any future internet browsers are released. For your security and convenience we regularly test HSBC Online Banking on new internet browsers and aim to resolve any issues quickly to ensure that we maintain the highest standards for you.

We use accessibility testing tools and perform periodic accessibility audits of this service. Whilst we strive to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG) at a minimum “Level AA” rating, rapid changes in technology mean is it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the service. We are, however, continually seeking solutions to address any accessibility issues identified.
